• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Good proficiency in 2D software (Adobe software, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and 3D software (Blend4Web, Verge 3D, etc) designs
• Knowledge in html and flash programming
• Curious and process driven individuals

• Resourceful, critical thinker with problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and in team settings
• Possesses passion for design, content curation & learning

The scope entails:

-          Design, develop and produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, photos, interactive simulations) in accordance to the project and content objective

-          Responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics designs based on client’s objective

-          Understand project brief and convert content into appealing and engaging interfaces, layout and online content design, to actualize an effective eLearning experience and learning

-          Develop and manage project plans, conduct project meetings, and ensure project deliverables are met on time

-          Exercise best practices, and think critically and creatively in the use and choice of proposed content design to produce clear and effective online learning output

-          Ensure continual alignment of works and timely completion of project milestones 

-          Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders in delivery alignments to ensure seamless delivery and completion

-          Contribute to the development of the company, its processes and its projects

-          Align the project objectives and outcomes with the company’s general business targets
