1. Possess minimum strong Professional Certificate/NITEC in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
2. Some relevant web design work experience required
3. Knowledge in Wordpress would be an advantage
4. Good communications skill
5. Good time management skill
6. Resourceful, critical thinker with problem solving skills
7. Able to work independently and in team settings
8. Possess strong initiative and ownership in his/her work, while striving for continual excellence
9. Mature disposition with a learning attitude

You will be required to understand and develop compelling visual stories and meaningfully structured UX/UI design for the Company. The scope entails;

1. Responsible for the understanding project brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces
2. Work with the various team to seek deeper appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests
3. Develop an understanding of the end-users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (E.g. user interviews, traffic data, etc)
4. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios
5. Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for review and brainstorming
6. Design and implement user friendly digital learning platform for clients
7. Assist clients to adopt and familiarise with the Company’s digital learning platform
8. Understanding clients requirements and working with a team to meet their needs
