- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- At least 3 years of working experience as solution specialist of a cloud solution.
- Advance understanding of contact centre solutions, web technologies and cloud infrastructure
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Nubitel solution subscription renewal. Target 70% renewal attainment against annual renewal target.
- Work as a contributing member in the customer engagement team and provide positioning of Nubitel solutions to help win businesses.
- Understand customer environment, including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the requirements.
- Ensure successful customer engagements and relevance of proposed solutions to customer requirements.
- Perform technical feasibility study and drive implementation planning.
- Work with various stakeholders within & outside of Microtel, to ensure successful, ongoing business relations with identified markets.
- Contribute to sales and project documentation and information for reference and greater benefit of the team.
- Build case studies around customer success stories, share relevant information on industry trends among peers and industry community.
