Traworld aims to be the one-stop travel solution for travellers around the world. We launched early this year, with many more features and improvements in the pipeline, in preparation for the coming tidal wave of post-Covid travel. An awesome user experience on our product is key in ensuring our success - this is where you come in.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years experience in Web/Graphic Design, with 1 year in UX, preferably with eCommerce
  • Completed at least 1 course in UX Design
  • Strongly skilled in hi-fidelity prototyping tools in addition to Adobe products
  • Able to simplify complicated interfaces into easy-to-understand UX
  • Strong command of written & spoken English is necessary, while Chinese is an added advantage as our platform is multilingual
  • Creative problem solver, team player, organized, proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for continuous self-learning

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Redesign existing user flows in our platform for simplicity and conversions
  • Work with the development team to bring your designs to life
  • Work with other departments to design new features as needed, or redesign existing features for improved UX
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback for current and future features
  • Keep up with competitors and UI/UX trends for continuous improvement of our product
