IT Project Management

-Develop project plans, such as Gantt Charts, Project Initiation Documents, etc.
-Ensure Agile leadership are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability, and visibility.
-To be able to create UML diagrams and other project governance related documentation.
-Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities and provide direction to team members and supporting organisations.
-Manage and monitor project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions and/or escalation to appropriate supporting stakeholders for attention.
-Presentation of project matters to stakeholders and recording of minutes of the meeting.
-Disseminate project information and maintain communication.
-Develop, distribute and present project performance reports to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering or related discipline.
-Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT related field with willingness take up leadership role in a project team.
-Experience in SDLC cycle in mobile or web development projects.
-Understand SCUM.
-Excellent grasp of English Language (both writing and speaking).
-Strong leadership, presentation and writing skills and preferably with experience in the development of project-related documentation (e.g. project proposals, etc).
-A team player with good communication and negotiation skills, and able to work well at various levels with internal service providers and external customers.
-Proactive personality with interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to external customers and internal service providers.
