Blockchain Developer (Graduate Trainee)
Petaling Jaya • Tech • PermanentAs our new blockchain developer trainee, you will be an integral part of the team designing and building the blockchain based backend systems for our product portfolio. This will allow you to leverage latest frameworks and constantly challenge your skills. You will work with other senior and junior developers under the guidance of a technical leader to secure sound backend design, robustness, scalability, and general quality of code.
You will enjoy a 6 month on the job upskilling program and learn valuable skills such as developing in NodeJS as well as design and the deployment of Enterprise Blockchain solutions. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to become a certified Hyperledger Developer or Hyperledger Administrator and receive an offer for a permanent position with us!
You will be an integral part of a team working to strategically apply blockchain technologies to new and innovative domains. You will further closely collaborate with our product development, frontend development, and QA/QC teams.

Job Requirements
• Academic focus on software development with having mastered at least 1-2 programming languages (e.g. Java, C/C++, Python, etc). Javascript is mandatory.
• Academic focus on distributed ledger technologies, data science and/or machine learning with certified extracurriculars and/or internships as proof.
• Any practical experience with the Hyperledger framework, Common Internet Protocols, Linux/Unix, Relational/NOSQL Databases would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
