Role Responsibilities:

• Gather and Document Property Industry Requirements:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the property industry, including real estate agents, property developers, and property management firms, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document clear and comprehensive business requirements for property technology projects, taking into consideration the various stages of the property development lifecycle, including construction to VP handover process.
  • Create detailed use cases, functional specifications, and user stories tailored to the property industry.

Task Assignment and Coordination:

• Work closely with the engineering team to assign tasks based on the defined property industry requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between the technical team and other departments, ensuring a seamless workflow during project development.
• Monitor the progress of tasks, address any roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Property Technology Improvement:

• Proactively identify areas for system improvement, user experience enhancement, and process optimization, considering the unique demands of the property industry, including the construction to VP handover process.
• Analyze existing property technology systems to propose solutions that align with industry trends and best practices, especially in the context of property development and handover phases.
• Collaborate with the implementation and sales teams to incorporate client feedback and continuously improve our property technology products.

Customer Support Team Management:

• Assist in developing training programs and materials specifically tailored for the property industry, catering to the needs of real estate professionals and property managers involved in the construction to VP handover process.
• Collaborate with the support team to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills in the context of the property sector.
• Monitor customer support operations and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery to property industry clients.
